Donna and Fernando Duran purchased the restaurant in 1994, changing the menus by adding Mexican dishes while keeping traditional favorites that use only the freshest of ingredients. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business, Donna and Fernando both worked in the restaurant/catering business for years prior to purchasing Broadneck Grill. 
Chef Javier Diaz joined the staff in 1994, and uses his culinary expertise to create the popular dishes featured on the menu today. With his creative culinary talents, Chef Javier creates weekly specials to keep the menu fresh, and always innovative. Since 1994, Broadneck Grill has grown into a "locals favorite" restaurant and catering service, as proven time and time again by its faithful and recurrent customers.
